What I do
I work on or manage carpentry and construction projects which I have a passion for and I also run workshops for self build dreamers.
My goal is two-fold:
- Use my 25 years carpentry and construction experience to turn my hand and creativity to projects of all sizes
- Support self build dreamers to move along their journey with confidence
Triangle House
My most recent project is the triangle house, featured on Grand Designs in September 2021.
This project is a great example of where I combine carpentry and art to create an incredible home that leaves visitors smiling from ear to ear.
My first self build inspires me to open the doors of my home and share my candid stories of the journey I went on to other self build dreamers. I am passionate that self builders find the process easier than I did. My stories, tips and tricks are shared through a days workshop at my home with house tour and lunch. They say if you want to be successful at something, hang out with people who have already succeeded at what you want to do.

Our Process
Design visit
Book a free design consultation at a time that suits you.
The design visit is for us to discover how you want your furniture to look and work for you.
We’ll take note of all the measurements and specifications and go over all the possible materials and design choices for your project.
Drawings
Shortly after the design visit you will receive an initial estimate.
Once you are happy with the price and specifications we’ll start working on your drawings.
You will receive detailed drawings and material samples to help visualise the final product.
Production
Once you are completely happy with the design we will send you an accurate quote.
The quote is final and will never increase unless additional items are added.
On receipt of the deposit payment we’ll get to work right away on your furniture.
Installation
As soon as your furniture is ready we will book in a time to install at a time that suits you.
Installation is taken with the upmost care, flooring and fragile items will be covered for protection.
Aftercare
Every piece comes with a 10 year guarantee* that covers the quality of workmanship and materials (not including general wear and tear).
